I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey toward mental wellness. My journey into therapy was inspired by my belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, especially when they have the right guidance and tools to overcome obstacles. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural way for me to combine my empathy, curiosity, and desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives.
I’ve always been deeply passionate about helping people understand themselves better and navigate life's challenges. My treatment approach combines evidence-based therapies with a compassionate, client-centered perspective, fostering a safe space for healing and growth. I believe in the transformative power of therapy and am dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey toward emotional well-being and self-discovery.

My goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their concerns and work towards positive, lasting change. Whether addressing past trauma, managing stress, or improving communication in relationships, I want to work collaboratively with you to develop practical tools and strategies that foster resilience and personal growth.

Elisabeth Quilter, M.A., LPC

I fell in love with this field when I started volunteering for a crisis line years ago. I knew this line of work is where I wanted to be, and I wanted to have a positive impact on others. It was also from my own struggles that spurred me to want to help others.

I believe therapy can be an insightful journey that incorporates humor, especially in the midst of the struggle.

I enjoy watching people being able to see themselves as capable, resilient, and confident in their lives and how that shift affects many areas of their life. I think everyone has the capacity to grow and change in the right environment, and

I love when individuals begin to see those positive changes.

My goal is to understand individuals and their goals for therapy, help them to grow in their confidence, trust their intuition, know that they have value, and begin to understand their attributes and gifts.

My focus is to help clients get to where they want to go in life by helping to

build healthy coping skills, processing trauma, pointing out empowerment and control, teaching assertiveness, and trusting one’s self and intuition.
